Return and Refund Policy

Kissan Organic Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please read the following policy carefully. By placing an order with Kissan Organic, you agree to these terms regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

Items:
Orders for products cannot be cancelled once dispatched
Standard Orders:
For regular products, you may cancel your order provided it has not yet been dispatched. Most orders are processed within a couple of hours after placement.
Cancellation Fee:
A 5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Additionally, any discounted or exempted amounts are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
If your cancellation request meets our criteria, we will process your refund within 12 working hours of the cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Resolution Options:
In such cases, you may choose one of the following:
- Product Re-delivery: Receive the correct item delivered to your address.
- Refund via Kissan Organic Credits: Your account will be credited within 12 hours.
- Refund to Original Payment Mode: The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 3-5 working days.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Refunds will not be processed if:
- The issue is reported after 24 hours from the delivery date.
- The product was delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Delivery is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or refusal.
